Mt. Vernon Antlers members Rebekka Delaney and Ashli Presswood put valentines in the Elks Lodge 819 Valentines for Heroes collection box. The lodge collected valentines in January for U.S. Rep. John Shimkus’ annual Valentines for Heroes program.
