The $2500 money used for the voucher program will provide a need for those that need assistance with clothing or home furnishings.  It is typically used for those to aid in getting employment.  Many times the vouchers will be written for those that need a nice outfit for interviews.  Emergency situations also arise in households, and the voucher program provides resources for those that need a little help getting back on their feet.

The donation of $1000 in food to the Open Hands food pantry will aid in providing food for those that are food insecure.  The pantry is open two days a week, and patrons can come once a month to pick up food.  The food provided will supplement families with nourishing food.  This is a great way to provide for those that need a little help financially with the Covid outbreak.
