Our hospitality suite is on the lobby level of the Drury Plaza Hotel.  It is a very nice sized room and will accommodate plenty of people. 

We will be open:

Saturday June 29              11 AM – 5 PM  serving a cold sandwich buffet

                                                                7 PM – 11:30 PM  appetizer and snacks

Sunday June 30 11 AM – 3 PM serving Beef Brisket and salads

                                                                7 PM – 11:30 PM snacks

Monday July 1                   12 Noon – 5 PM serving Taco Bar

                                                                7 PM – 11:30 PM appetizers and snacks

Tuesday July 2    12 Noon – 5 PM serving Pulled Pork and garden salad

                                                                7 PM – 11:30 PM   leftovers

Plenty of cold beverages will be available too!

We will have a Photo Booth, Board Games, Horserace Game, Washers and other fun activities too!
